Return Terms & Conditions
We want your return experience to be as smooth as possible. Here's what you need to know:
- RMA Validity: Every return requires a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Glaser Ceramics. RMAs are valid for 30 days or until the expiration date listed on the RMA invoice.
- Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
- Condition of Returned Items: Please ensure items are returned in their original, good condition. Items that are damaged, used, or unsuitable for resale cannot be accepted and will result in the RMA being denied.
- Shipping Method: While not required, we recommend using a trackable shipping method for peace of mind. Glaser Ceramics is not liable for any loss or damage during transit.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued back to the original credit or debit card used for the purchase.
- No Store Credit: Store credit is not available. If you'd like an alternative product, please place a new order.
- Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued. Please note that your financial institution may take up to 5 additional business days to post the funds to your account.
