Description
Foundations are an easy-to-use, all-over coverage glaze designed for base coating on bisque that were created for contemporary studios and their unique needs.
Foundations' thin, smooth consistency makes application easy, as the glaze glides smoothly on any shape bisque. They are not streaky, won't pick up previous coats of glaze, and show fewer brush strokes than thicker glazes.
Directions
Shake well. Apply 2-3 coats to shelf cone 04 bisque (1940° F / 1060° C). Let dry and fire to shelf cone 06 (1830° F / 999° C). Fires to a gloss finish - clear glaze not required. One coat will fire more translucent; richness and depth of color will be increased with 2-3 coats.
