Virma decal. "Pinky" Lawrence, painted by Thomas Lawrence. Hangs opposite "The Blue Boy" as a permanent collection at The Huntington. Decal of the painting is an elegant depiction of Sarah Barrett Moulton, who was about eleven years old when painted.

Directions

Pick out the decoration that intend to apply. Cut it out from the sheet entirely.
Place the decal in warm water. The sheet will roll up and become flat again in 15 to 20 seconds.
Remove the decals from the water. Separate the white sheet from the transfer.
Wet the piece with warm water. Put the transfer on the piece and adjust the design to the correct position.
Eliminate any excess water and bubbles from the piece using a squeegee or hand toweling.
Let the piece dry for 24 hours at temperature. The piece will then be ready to fire.
The suggested temperature is cone 015, 016, 017 for the regular decals and 017, 018 for the gold decals.
