Directions

1. Wipe plate with damp sponge to remove bisque dust.
2. Dilute some Light Delft on palette. Dip No. 8 Round brush into paint and brush down the scored lines on background. Let dry.
3. Refer to photo and paint three coats of each color in the design. Let dry thoroughly between coats.
4. Mix a small amount of Black into the Light Delft to darken a bit. 
5. Use Liner brush dipped into the mixture and paint fine lines into the scored area to accentuate the squared tiles in background.
6. Continue making small “x” in the squares.
7. Dab a coat of Bright Saffron in the circles between the squares. Let dry.
8. Brush three coats of the yellow areas of plate with Bright Saffron. Let dry.
9. Brush three coats of the red areas with Bright Coral. Let dry.
10. Brush three coats Bright Kiwi in the green areas and let dry.
11. Brush remaining areas with Black and let dry.
12. Outline carved areas of design with Black French Dimensions. Let dry.
13. Brush 2-3 coats of Black to outer trim and back of plate. Let dry.
14. Stilt and fire to cone 06.
15. Brush a coat of Pure Brilliance to background tiles. Let dry. Brush an additional coat to entire plate. Let dry.
16. Stilt and re-fire to cone 06.
